You are welcome to contact our front office prior to the deadline to make sure your application has been received. A completed application will include you in the lottery. You will receive a confirmation email upon successfully submitting this form.

Application for the current 2022-2023 School Year
Completed application must be filed with the Parker School by January 4, 2023.
Prospective student & parent are encouraged to attend one of the Information Sessions.
