We want the summer construction to proceed apace with no   specially-called board meetings and we also want to ensure   appropriate Board involvement in the roof project.  We will use   this April Board meeting to raise questions that Trustees might have   about the project, then Facilities will take the questions and come back to   the May meeting with a working document outlining suitable contingency   planning, etc.
